Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Original paintings and ceramic sculptures are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Bulgaria — 2–3 business days
European Union — 5–10 business days
United States and Rest of the World — 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and customs clearance procedures.

Packaging and Protection

Each artwork is professionally packaged with multiple layers of protection. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

Customs and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
